Are your canvases stitch painted?

Yes! All my canvases are hand painted by myself or a painting service.

What is a good place to start if I am new to needlepoint?

I would recommending starting with one of our Start-to-Finish kits. They are perfect for the beginner and there is a full complement of videos to take you through every step of the way.

How long does it take for you to ship a canvas?

I typically ship all orders on a Friday.

Do you ship internationally?

I do and I'm happy to send needlepoint around the world.

Do you take returns?

Unfortunately I do not take returns as each canvas is custom painted for you, but if you have any concerns about your canvas or custom embroidery don't hesitate to reach out and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Do you take custom commissions?
